I’m a cultural evolution consultant, an author, a trainer and a business event host.
My purpose is to generate new opportunities and perspectives for business development and shared growth in successful companies or organizations that face a transformation. I also support systemic initiatives of inclusive innovation.

I started creating content for media and education.
I have written and hosted radio and television programs on European issues, including on the cross-border RAI channel and RAISAT. I was one of the first 5 Italian teachers of the law and economics program of the European High School in secondary school.

In an era of continuous change, I help communities to develop business and balance stakeholders’ needs by promoting organizational citizenship behaviour.
